A New/Old Approach to the Challenges of Work Today

The Strategy

Designed to help organizations of all types build a positive work culture that can stand the test of time and its changing issues. Relational Leadership Experience (RLE) teaches proven principles and wisdom of leaders from a wide range of experiences over the past century. It provides a step-by-step approach for employers combined with consultative support in designing and implementing a program with measurable results specific to their organization.

Why Choose Us

Employers face major issues today finding and keeping the right employees needed to sustain and grow their business. This situation is complicated by some unique social issues including: Remote Work vs Returning to Office; Diversity – Equity – Inclusion; Geopolitical Uncertainty; Polarized Attitudes and more. The challenge is to create a work culture that employees want to become and stay a part of making positive contributions and building a sustainable business for the long-term.

Learning Options

Organizations can choose 1 of 3 methods for implementing Relational Leadership Experience training.

  • Online: 1 hour live presentation per week for 10 weeks with opportunity for written questions and limited in-person interaction.
  • In Person: 2 day workshop experience with approximately 8-10 hours of classroom instruction and interaction. Includes individual and joint work projects between sessions.
  • Combination: 2 day workshop experience for senior leaders followed by online experience for newer leaders.
  • Custom programs available

Practical Action Conclusion to the Program

At the conclusion of the training, participants will begin to develop an action plan specific to the organization and their role in it. Following the training program, participants will have access to interaction and support as they finalize and begin implementation of their action plan.
